QA / QC ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION
Inspect raw materials and bought-out components upon receipt using drawings, standards, and specifications.
Verify certificates such as Material Test Certificates (MTC), and check agains material grade, heat number, and traceability.
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections during machining, forging, assembly, and fabrication processes.
Ensure all operations are carried out as per process control plans and work instructions.
Perform final inspection of tube fittings, valves, and assemblies before dispatch.
Ensure products conform to drawings, tolerances, pressure ratings, surface finish, and cleanliness standards.
Verify proper marking, tagging, and packaging.
Conduct pressure testing (hydrostatic/pneumatic), leak testing, and other functional tests as required.




Maintain detailed inspection and test reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and other quality records.
Maintain calibration record of all measuring instruments and testing equipment’s and ensure their time to time calibration.
Participate in internal audits and support third-party/customer inspections.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
