Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Tele Caller to manage customer communications, payment follow-ups, collection reminders, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with new and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting business growth through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact new and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Perform regular follow-ups regarding pending payments, overdue accounts, and financial commitments.
Provide timely payment reminders and maintain records of customer responses and commitments.
Coordinate with customers regarding documentation, account updates, and service-related queries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
Communicate company updates, services, and business initiatives to customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain accurate call logs, customer records,



and follow-up schedules in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Achieve assigned customer service, collection, and follow-up targets.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Collections, Recovery, or Finance Industry preferred.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
Ability to manage collection reminders professionally and courteously.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
