Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Captain to supervise service operations on the floor and ensure guests receive prompt, qualified, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the service team during operations.
Ensure guests are welcomed and attended to promptly.
Monitor service quality and maintain brand standards.
Assist in handling guest feedback and service recovery.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution.
Train and mentor service associates.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of service areas.

Requirements




Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward.
Solid knowledge of food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance.
Hospitality industry experience required.
