Job Description: Assistant Security Officer (ASO) AND Security Guard

Job Summary

The Assistant Security Officer ensures a protected, secure, and patient-friendly setting within the hospital premises. The role involves supervising security staff, monitoring access control, and ensuring compliance with hospital safety and privacy protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and deploy security guards across hospital premises
Ensure smooth patient and visitor movement, especially in OPD, wards, and emergency areas
Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities
Enforce access control policies for restricted areas (ICU, labs, OT zones)




Handle emergency situations (medical emergencies, fire, crowd control)
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
Coordinate with hospital administration and local authorities if needed
Ensure patient confidentiality and respectful handling of sensitive situations

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification
2–5 years of experience in hospital or institutional security
Robust leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
