We are currently hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Processing Virtual Assistant to support one of our U.S.-based mortgage clients.

Key Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage loan files from application to closing
Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
Collect and organize borrower documentation
Follow up on outstanding loan conditions
Coordinate with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, Title Companies, and Appraisers
Run DU/LP findings (preferred)
Upload and maintain loan files in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
Update CRM and maintain loan pipeline
Schedule appointments and follow up with borrowers
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text
Manage Outlook emails and calendars
Prepare reports and maintain documentation




Support social media and marketing tasks when required

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of U.S. Mortgage Processing or Mortgage Back Office experience
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
High attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working independently
