We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and a positive attitude towards interacting with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
