Job Summary

The Ground Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations by managing shipment movement, scanning, sorting, loading, unloading, and coordinating with the operations team to achieve timely dispatch and delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform shipment scanning, sorting, and segregation as per operational SOPs.
Ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipment processing.
Coordinate loading and unloading of vehicles.
Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
Ensure timely dispatch of shipments to delivery stations.
Coordinate with Team Leaders, Warehouse Executives, and Delivery Associates.
Follow all safety, security, and quality compliance guidelines.




Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the warehouse.
Report operational discrepancies and support process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
Basic computer and handheld scanner knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
