Role & Responsibility:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Process cash, debit/credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change when required.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the beginning and end of each shift.
Record daily sales and prepare cash reports.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
Resolve customer payment queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and company promotions where applicable.
Safeguard company cash and report any discrepancies immediately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
