Purpose and Scope
The Mobile App Marketing Manager must have solid mobile acquisition expertise to acquire users, promote usage of Teletext Holidays App and encourage in-app sales. The ideal hacker must have a demonstrated ability to create and launch effective mobile app marketing campaigns, segmenting audience and optimizing for best performance, while thriving in a fast paced environment and supporting aggressive timelines.
One must have an experience in direct-response customer acquisition and performance marketing, superior analytical skills, and possess a blend of technical & business savvy.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute App Distribution and Promotion strategies that drive traffic to App Store leading to App Installs
Understanding acquisition models and selecting proven and recent channels to meet objectives




Translate the user acquisition targets and budgets into cutting edge mobile marketing
Running campaigns on Facebook / Google Display Network and similar large scale mobile ad networks
Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (planning, executing, reporting, monitoring, and optimization. Create a playbook of best practices to be used globally to manage mobile app marketing, with a strong ROI-focused approach)
Collaborate closely with technical, digital, sales and business teams as well as external vendors to identify needs and help define necessary improvements and current areas for innovation
Dive into the data to detect patterns and uncover insights to further apprise our app marketing efforts. Report on campaigns and overall app performance.
Perform regular status updates to communicate results across the marketing team, to senior management.
Lead test-and-learn efforts - gather and analyze data in a rigorous statistical manner, and uncover insights to optimize app marketing efforts and inform future testing
