Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across all major social platforms. In this role, you will design and execute social campaigns, manage content creation, build community engagement, and leverage data analytics to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.

Content Creation & Management: Plan, draft, schedule, and publish high-quality written, visual, and short-form video content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook).

Community Engagement: Monitor brand mentions, respond promptly to comments and direct messages, and foster an active online community.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR,



conversion), analyze campaign performance, and deliver monthly data-driven insights to leadership.

Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, copywriters, and paid media specialists to ensure cohesive brand voice and visual consistency

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

2–4 years of proven experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.

Proficiency with social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Solid copywriting skills with keen attention to detail, tone of voice, and brand alignment.

Solid understanding of platform algorithms, digital marketing trends, and SEO basics.
