Job Description
Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with QMS guidelines and policies to produce quality products.
Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Ensure completion of all packaging/manufacturing operations based on weekly production schedule.
Recommend change in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
Guide, direct and motivate staff to meet company objectives while maintaining high disciplinary standards.
Conduct training needs analysis of the staff and plan and execute training in all related areas while maintaining and updating records.
Ensure execution of all relevant SOP’s and review them periodically.
Ensure that cleaning of all manufacturing equipment, utensils,



accessories are done as per a drawn up schedule and records are updated and maintained properly.
Ensure that all Batch manufacturing and packaging documents are properly checked, authorized, reconciled and dispatched to relevant departments.
Submit all weekly, monthly, and annual reports, facts and data and all other relevant areas to facilitate management decision making and planning.
Activity planning (CIP) and implementation for product change over.
Handling 5S,CCP,OPRP
