Experienced in ThousandEyes, with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot network and application visibility solutions to optimize performance across complex environments.

Knowledgeable in advanced NetBrain capabilities, with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot network automation and visualization solutions for complex settings.

Knowledgeable in Cisco Routing and Switching, with the ability to design, configure,



and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis.
