Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production and manpower allocation.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
Monitor rejection, wastage, downtime, and productivity.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
Implement 5S, process improvements, and corrective actions.
Train and guide operators.
Prepare shift-wise production reports.
Candidate Profile
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Production,
Experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of 5S, safety, quality systems, MS Excel, and ERP.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
