About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple salon locations within an assigned region. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading salon managers to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple salon locations within the assigned region.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of regional sales targets.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and service quality across all salons.
Monitor key business metrics, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement plans.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Salon Managers and regional staff.
Conduct regular salon audits to ensure operational efficiency, hygiene, safety, and compliance.
Collaborate with HR to manage staffing, employee engagement, and performance management.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage regional budgets, control operating costs,



and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively resolving escalated customer concerns.
Monitor inventory, product availability, and vendor coordination across salon locations.
Identify expansion prospects, recommend operational improvements, and support recent salon launches.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable statutory, labor, health, and safety regulations.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture across all assigned salons.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience
8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-unit management role.
Experience in salon, beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or other customer service industries is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple locations and leading large operational teams.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
