Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new hotels, guest houses, resorts, and other hospitality properties.
Approach hotel owners and property managers to introduce the company's business model.
Generate leads through market research, references, cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Conduct meetings and presentations with hotel owners to convert prospects into business partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Manage the complete hotel onboarding process, from initial contact to activation.
Collect and verify required property documents, KYC, hotel details, room inventory, pricing, and other information.
Coordinate with internal teams for property verification, documentation, listing, and activation.
Maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly targets for current hotel acquisitions and successful onboardings.
Monitor the performance of onboarded properties and identify opportunities for business growth.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and onboarded properties in CRM/Excel.

Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in hotel acquisition, hotel onboarding, hospitality sales, OTA sales, or business development.
Candidates with experience working with OYO, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com, or similar hospitality/OTA platforms will be preferred.
Solid network of hotel owners/property managers will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Robust sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting hotel/property owners.
Positive knowledge of the local hotel and hospitality market.
Ability to independently manage the complete acquisition and onboarding cycle.
