Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
Offer and serve refreshments such as tea, coffee, water, or juice to patients and guests.
Ensure refreshments are served hygienically and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the refreshment station and waiting lounge.
Refill beverages and refreshments as required.
Coordinate with the reception team to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain a neat and skilled appearance at all times.
Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and presentable.
Report any hospitality or maintenance issues to the Clinic Manager.
Follow clinic hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
