Job Title: Accounts Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose

To manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the company's financial reporting and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily accounting transactions accurately in ERP/Tally.
Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments) and Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections).
Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier ledgers.
Process employee reimbursements and assist in payroll accounting.
Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory documentation.
Maintain fixed asset and expense records.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, customers, and vendors.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience




B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
0–3 years of experience in accounting. Freshers with robust accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience in a manufacturing company is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.

Accuracy of accounting records.

Pay: ₹8,559.00 - ₹21,859.03 per month
