Job Description

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to drive product innovation and process improvements in the Steel, Modular Kitchen, and Furniture Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product development, material research, and manufacturing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve products, materials, and designs.
Research market trends, current materials, and competitor products.
Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
Work closely with design, production, and supplier teams.
Ensure product quality, compliance, and industry standards.
Drive innovation and sustainable product development.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in R&D;/Product Development.
Experience in Steel, Modular Kitchen, or Furniture Industry is mandatory.




Robust knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
