Conduct market research to identify current product opportunities and emerging industry trends.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
Identify customer needs and recommend cutting-edge product ideas.
Coordinate the complete product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Prepare product specifications and documentation.

Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor product development projects.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Prepare project progress reports for management.
Identify project risks and recommend effective solutions.

Product Design & Branding
Coordinate with graphic designers and product designers for product packaging, labels, branding, and promotional materials.
Review and improve product designs to meet market expectations.
Ensure consistency with the company's brand identity.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Identify and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers.
Coordinate with the Purchase department for sourcing products and raw materials.
Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors when required.
Maintain supplier records and monitor supplier performance.

Marketing & Sales Support




Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams during product launches.
Prepare product presentations, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
Support product positioning and promotional campaigns.
Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project files, product databases, and supplier information.
Prepare market research reports, project updates, and product performance reports.
Ensure proper documentation of all product development activities.
