Role Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Associate to manage client marketplace accounts, support e-commerce operations, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce marketplace accounts for clients.
Coordinate with clients and understand their business requirements.
Resolve client queries and ensure timely support.
Assist in product listings, promotions, and marketplace activities.
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks.
Maintain reports, records, and account documentation.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
