Job Responsibilities:
Handle room reservations through calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
Assist guests with booking inquiries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding reservations and room availability.
Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system.
Ensure a smooth booking experience and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems.
Prior experience in hotel reservations will be an added advantage.
