Job Summary

SP Perfumery Co. is looking for a CRM Executive who will manage customer data, follow-ups, order tracking, and sales support activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company. The role requires valuable coordination with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Data Management
Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
Manage customer database accurately
Ensure proper data entry and record keeping

Customer Communication
Follow up with customers through calls and emails
Handle customer inquiries and requirements
Maintain valuable customer relationships

Sales Support
Update sales data in CRM and Excel




Support sales team in daily activities
Maintain customer order records

Order Management
Follow up on pending orders
Coordinate with production and dispatch team
Update order and delivery status

Reports & MIS
Prepare daily and monthly reports
Maintain customer and sales reports
Data analysis in Excel
