Job Role: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) at AXIS BANK
CTC: 4.54LPA FIXED.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build solid relationships with customers visiting the bank branch.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Promote and cross-sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and credit cards.
Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and banking transactions.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.




Maintain regular follow-up with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.

Growth prospects

Candidates selected through the program will be trained and placed as Branch Relationship Officer with a designation of Assistant Manager, with opportunities to grow.

Pay: ₹25,768.08 - ₹28,310.10 per month
