Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and end-user environments. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability of IT systems while providing timely technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
Monitor server and system performance, availability, and capacity.
Perform system backups, restoration, and disaster-recovery activities.
Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and system updates.
Apply operating system patches, security updates, and vulnerability fixes.
Monitor and maintain antivirus/endpoint security solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent.
Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and IT procedures.
Work with network and security teams to resolve infrastructure issues.




Monitor system logs and investigate performance or security-related incidents.
Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and recent technology implementations.
Provide technical support to users and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when required.
Follow IT security policies, backup procedures, and change-management processes.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
Positive understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and basic networking.
Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Understanding of backup and disaster-recovery concepts.
Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages is an advantage.
Good documentation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,442.84 per month
