Maintenance Roles & Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure all machines are operating safely and efficiently.
Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
Install, commission, and test recent machinery and equipment.
Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and service reports.
Coordinate with production teams to reduce equipment downtime.
Monitor spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Calibrate and inspect machines and measuring instruments periodically.
Support continuous improvement activities such as TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors when required.
Ensure proper lubrication and housekeeping of machines.




Participate in audits related to safety, quality, and maintenance.
Maintain utilities such as air compressors, DG sets, boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and electrical systems (as applicable).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and statutory maintenance requirements.

Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

Experience
Junior: 1–3 years
Engineer: 3–6 years
Senior Engineer/Manager: 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
