We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and ensuring effective financial controls to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for business insights




Support business decisions through financial modeling and cost analysis
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and execution
Prepare and verify monthly PF and ESI payroll data (basic, HRA, PF‑eligible wages, ESI wage limits).
Prepare and verify monthly Skilled Tax (PT) payroll data and employee‑wise PT deductions.
Prepare report to CEO and leadership team
People/Team management.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
