About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our clients' social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, campaign execution, community management, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Write engaging captions and coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for timely content.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with performance marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency.




Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with content planning and campaign management.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience with influencer marketing is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is preferred.
