Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase order processing. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining solid vendor relationships and supporting uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost-effective procurement.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Track purchase orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and other procurement-related documents.
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and Project teams to ensure smooth material receipt and reconciliation.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases,



and purchase documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages.
Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery with vendors.
Conduct market research to identify recent suppliers and cost-saving prospects.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare periodic procurement and vendor performance reports.
Support management in strategic sourcing and vendor development initiatives.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
Experience in procurement for construction materials, sanitaryware, building materials, interiors, electrical, plumbing, or related industries is preferred.
Experience in handling multiple vendors and purchase documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
