About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building energetic, responsive, and scalable web applications across the entire development lifecycle—from backend API design to front-end UI integration.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development: Design and build interactive, mobile-responsive user interfaces using React.js, contemporary CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap), and Redux/Context API for state management.
Backend & API Design: Architect and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js with JWT authentication and middleware.
Database Management: Design database schemas, write aggregation pipelines, and optimize queries in MongoDBusing Mongoose ORM.
Code Maintenance & Deployment: Debug, write clean maintainable code,



and handle application deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or Render).
Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and QA testers in an Agile development environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Core Skills: Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Tools: Proficiency with version control tools (Git/GitHub) and API testing tools (Postman).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
