Role: Sales Associate – Vehicle Rental

Location: Mohali (India)

Working Hours:

Mon–Fri: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Saturday: Half day (versatile)

Role Overview

The Sales Associate will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, follow up on leads from social media and online platforms, and convert inquiries into confirmed vehicle rental bookings for Aaditya Rental (Australia).

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers enquiring about vehicle rentals
Follow up on leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website forms, and ads
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Explain rental packages, pricing, terms, and availability clearly
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Update CRM and maintain accurate lead and booking records
Coordinate with the Australian team on vehicle availability and confirmations




Provide skilled customer service to encourage repeat bookings
Assist with basic admin work related to bookings

Skills Required
Excellent spoken English
Confident on phone calls

Compensation

₹25000–₹27,000 per month + performance incentives per booking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
