Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the US Travel process.
Lead, motivate, and mentor Travel Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Drive team performance, productivity, and revenue targets.
Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service delivery.
Monitor operational KPIs, quality, and team performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies and process compliance.

Required Experience:
3+ years of experience in US Travel Operations.
Prior experience managing team handling:
Flight Bookings
Car Rentals
Hotel Reservations
Cruise Bookings
Vacation Packages
Strong understanding of the US travel industry.
Experience working with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
