The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end civil construction activities, ensuring quality, timely project delivery, and coordination with consultants and contractors. Key Responsibilities
Manage overall civil construction activities for the hotel project.
Supervise site execution, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and vendors.
Verify BOQs, billing, material consumption, and cost control.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in building construction projects.
Experience in hotel, commercial, hospitality, or high-rise projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, BOQ, billing, and project planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
