Job Title: Tele Caller cum Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors politely.
Make outgoing calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
Provide basic information about the company's products and services.
Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain visitor and call records.
Handle customer inquiries and transfer calls when required.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Assist with basic office and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle multiple calls and visitors efficiently.
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Graduation is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
