What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle for early customers — outreach, demos, closing, onboarding
Be the first point of contact for customer questions, feedback, and issues — and actually solve them, not just log tickets
Translate customer conversations into insights that shape the product and pricing
Hustle across channels — calls, WhatsApp, email, in-person — whatever gets the customer a real answer, rapid
Track and report on pipeline, conversion, and retention numbers weekly
