International Export / Merchandising ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
Manage international export orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
Coordinate with international buyers regarding product specifications, samples, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Prepare sales orders, quotations, invoices, packing lists, and other export documentation.
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure products meet buyer requirements and quality standards.
Follow up on sample approvals, bulk production, quality checks, and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely international shipments and customs documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients and resolve queries or issues promptly.
Monitor market trends and client feedback to support product and process improvements.




Maintain accurate records and provide regular order and shipment status updates to management.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in export merchandising, international sales, or textile/apparel industry.
Solid knowledge of textiles, fabrics, production processes, and export documentation.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
