Job Title: Junior Management / Engineer Trainee

Qualifications: B.Tech (MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER)/BBA/MBA

About the Role: We are looking for fresh talent to join our team. In this role, you will work on the factory shopfloor to observe daily activities, keep accurate records, and analyze data to help our management team make better business decisions.

What You Will Do
Learn the Business (Weeks 1–5): You will rotate through all of our main departments—Production, Quality, Purchase & Stores, HR, and Maintenance—to understand how the whole company works.
Core Assignment (Months 2–12): After your 5-week rotation, you will be placed in one specific department. You will handle daily tasks there by following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Training Advantages & Growth
Duration: 1-year training program.
Bonus: After successfully completing your first 9 months, you will receive an extra Rs. 2,000 per month for next three months.
Career Path: After 1 year, you will be interviewed for a permanent role with a defined promotion and a salary increment based on your performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
