We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment activities.
Support HR with onboarding and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Final Year) or recent graduate.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
