Randstad is looking at hiring a Vice President for Finance Division at a Mid Senior Level who reports to Managing Director.

About the Role :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.

• Proven experience in handling banking relationships and financial institutions. Fund Raising Experience will be the mandatory Role

• Solid experience in financial statement preparation, reporting, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Robust leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strategic financial planning and business partnering.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
