A rapid-growing footwear brand is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Drive store profitability and maximize conversions
Manage day-to-day retail operations
Lead, train and motivate store staff
Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention
Monitor inventory, stock movement and replenishment
Reduce stock losses and maintain shrinkage control
Execute visual merchandising standards
Ensure store hygiene, display standards and SOP compliance
Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
Coordinate with HO and channel partners for smooth operations
Requirements:
Robust leadership and team management skills
Positive communication and customer handling ability
Experience in retail sales and operations
Footwear retail experience preferred
