Night Manager – Hospital

Location: Ghaziabad

We are hiring a Night Manager for a reputed hospital in Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall hospital operations during night shifts
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping, security, and support teams
Handle patient grievances and emergency situations promptly
Ensure smooth admission, discharge, and patient care processes
Monitor staff attendance and shift deployment
Ensure hospital policies, safety protocols, and NABH standards are followed
Prepare night shift reports and handover updates to management
Coordinate with all departments to ensure uninterrupted operations

Requirements:
Graduate / MBA / Hospital Administration preferred
3–8 years of experience in hospital operations or administration
Experience managing night shift hospital operations preferred
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to handle emergencies and work independently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
