Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in façade projects to manage project execution, site activities, client coordination, and project completion within the planned timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate façade projects from execution to completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle façade installation, site execution, quality control, and troubleshooting.
Review shop drawings, material specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Conduct site meetings and prepare project progress reports.




Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage project documentation, inspections, snagging, and handover.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in façade project management/execution.
Experience in building façade, curtain wall, aluminium cladding, ACP, glazing, structural glazing, windows, or related façade systems.
Valuable knowledge of façade installation and construction processes.
Ability to read and understand architectural and façade drawings.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and project planning.
Robust communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Ability to work at project sites and manage multiple activities.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
