Roles and Responsibility
Process customer purchase orders by verifying order details and creating purchase order , quotation and sales orders in the CRM system.
Coordinate with customers by confirming orders, providing delivery updates, and resolving order-related queries.
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, and Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate documentation, including proforma invoices, delivery instructions, and order records.
Track order progress by monitoring pending orders and resolving issues affecting delivery schedules.
Prepare reports and update CRM/MIS, including daily order status, dispatch schedules, and management reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
