Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in vendor coordination (calls, emails, follow-ups).

· Manage and update event checklists, schedules, and documentation.

· Support inventory tracking and ensure materials are prepared for upcoming events.

· Help in client file organization (quotes, agreements, design decks).

· Coordinate with team members on day-to-day backend requirements.

· Provide on-ground support during events (if needed).

Requirements

· Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and Canva .





· Valuable communication and follow-up skills.

· Passion for events, weddings, and décor is a big plus!

· Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
