Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist — USA Collaborations

Company: FLiCKA Cosmetics | Location: Mumbai | CTC: Up to ₹60,000/month (₹7.2 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, shortlist, and onboard US-based beauty creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube aligned with FLiCKA's brand positioning
Own campaigns end-to-end: outreach, negotiation (USD budgets), briefing, content approvals, go-live tracking, and payments coordination
Manage both barter and paid collaborations, including international PR/product shipping logistics
Secure whitelisting/Partnership Ads permissions from creators for paid amplification on Meta
Track and report performance — reach, engagement, code/link attribution, CAC and ROAS per creator — with monthly dashboards
Stay current on US beauty trends, FTC disclosure requirements, and platform guidelines




Build long-term ambassador relationships with top-performing creators

Requirements:
2–4 years in influencer marketing, with hands-on experience running USA/international creator collaborations (mandatory)
Comfortable working across US time zones and negotiating in USD with contracts
Familiarity with creator discovery tools (Modash, Upfluence, GRIN, or similar)
Robust written communication and a sharp eye for beauty content aesthetics
Bonus: beauty/personal care category experience, TikTok Shop exposure

Pay: ₹10,987.78 - ₹47,167.49 per month
