An appointment setter's responsibilities include:
Scheduling appointments with potential customers
Making outbound calls to generate sales
Ensuring potential clients are interested in the company's products and services
Scheduling appointments for potential clients to meet with the organization's sales representatives
Following up with leads and ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments in a CRM system
Communicating effectively with team members and management
