The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth by building long-term customer relationships and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.

Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants, and key clients.

Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
