Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, employee records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations in a hospital workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support statutory compliance and HR policies
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Coordinate induction and training programs

Requirements:
Graduation/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
2–5 years of HR experience (Hospital experience preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HRMS
Proficiency in MS Excel and positive communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
