Job Title: Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

ModiGold Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience in production planning and execution within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery* process to ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Prepare daily production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Monitor order status and ensure timely production and dispatch.
Follow up with internal departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks.

Maintain production reports, order tracking, and delivery schedules using Advanced Excel*.
Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Prepare daily MIS reports and provide production updates to management.
Ensure proper documentation and process compliance.

Requirements:





Experience: Minimum 2 years in Production Coordination, Production Planning, or Operations in the Manufacturing Industry*.
Strong understanding of production processes and order management.

Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports, Data Analysis).
Excellent follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
