Job Title: Admission Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Admission Counselor to join our team. This is a key position responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process and representing our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and parents
Provide information about academic programs, campus facilities, and student services
Guide students through the application process and admission requirements
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups
Attend college fairs and recruitment events to promote the institution
Process applications and supporting documents
Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors and educational partners
Meet enrollment targets and contribute to institutional growth




Assist with campus tours and information sessions

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation with proven track record
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
Qualified demeanor and appearance
Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in education or student services
Knowledge of higher education admission processes
Multilingual abilities
Sales or marketing background

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
