Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business from the US market by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing IT service projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities from the US market.
Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, ZoomInfo, email campaigns, and other lead generation platforms.
Reach out to prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and deliver the best solutions.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports,



and business development activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in IT Business Development.
Proven experience in acquiring US/International clients.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with lead generation and sales tools such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of IT services including:
Web Development
Mobile App Development
Laravel
React.js
Magento
Custom Software Development
